When you connect your Instagram Professional account to MsgPulse, we collect and process:

• Account Information: Instagram username, profile ID, profile picture URL, and access tokens required to perform automations on your behalf.
• Interaction Data: Public comments on your media, incoming direct messages, and sender handles necessary to trigger automated replies configured by you.
• Lead Capture Data: Any voluntarily submitted contact info (e.g. email or phone number) collected through your active automation flows.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data strictly to:

• Authenticate and maintain connection with the Meta / Instagram Graph API.
• Execute your configured DM and comment auto-replies.
• Provide you with automation analytics and subscriber contact management.
• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your audience's data to any third party.

4. Data Storage and Security

All access tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Data in transit is secured with TLS/SSL encryption.

5. User Data Deletion and Retention

You may disconnect your Instagram account at any time from your MsgPulse dashboard at app.msgpulse.in/accounts. Upon account disconnection, your tokens and active automation triggers are immediately revoked.
